The White House Office of Management and Budget has announced a series of forums geared to help recipients of funding appropriated through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to “better understand and comply with the Act's transparency guidelines.”

White House Office of Management and Budget Deputy Director Rob Nabors said on the White House's blog site that “it's important that everyone understand precisely what they are responsible to report to the public.”

The first of seven forums began on July 20 and are streamed live on WhiteHouse.gov.
